Beth and Zak Garcia were great to work with. Very honest and trustworthy. We were looking for a home in OBX for a number of years and they were always there to help us and were very responsive to emails and text messages even in off hours. We live all the way up in NJ and they did a great job of sending us pictures and providing us updates when all the flooding and storms hit OBX this year. Good or bad, they sent the pictures! They were fully transparent and they went beyond the extra mile. They even met with some contractors for us. Could not have done it without them.
